We are looking for a project manager to join our team and take charge of our product development projects. Candidates residing in Tokyo or willing to relocate to Tokyo will be given priority during the recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project teams to efficiently handle various consulting and product development projects in areas such as AI, Software Development, and Cybersecurity.
- Communicate with clients to gather initial project/product requirements and translate them into implementable specifications.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering teams to create project proposals with clearly defined scopes of work, expected deliverables, schedules, and costs.
- Monitor technical tasks and ensure progress transparency for all stakeholders.
- Actively propose improvements based on client reviews.
Skill Requirements:
Must have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software project management.
- In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and risk management principles.
- Ability to manage Agile development projects (Scrum/Kanban).
- Flexibility and a quick learning mindset.
Nice to have:
- Practical skills in business analysis and software development.
- Business level Japanese
Work Location:
Ueno, Taito, Tokyo, Japan
Working Time:
A flex-time scheduling system.
Flexible working hours with a core time from 10 AM to 3 PM.
Contract Type:
Full-time Employee (only for those who are in Japan or willing to relocate to Japan).
