“Looking back at myself before joining and now, I can see a clear difference in understanding management principles and navigating projects with more than 2 entities involved.”
"Since I joined Tokyo Techies, I think I have learned a lot more about technical knowledge, team work, and time management through repeated trial and error during the projects I participate in. I think I feel more capable of taking on greater challenges because I feel secure knowing that my seniors are always there to help me if things don’t go as expected. "
"Being surrounded by highly motivated people, being entrusted to get things done and being able to learn along the process is an amazing feeling. I always want to give it my best every day. "
"The CEO of Tokyo Techies is really a visionary with a big passion for his work and a bigger care for his employees. We have the most talented people who not only work hard but also play hard too."

I decided to join TokyoTechies for two simple reasons. The first reason (also the most important reason) is that the CEO of Tokyo Techies is really a visionary with a big passion for his work and a bigger care for his employees. The second reason is that we have the most talented people who not only work hard but also play hard too. We take care of each other and bond really well in both work and life.
I'm currently an intern in Tokyo Techies. Even as an intern, I can challenge myself with many activities such as project management, development, product designer, etc. You need a chance to prove yourself and Tokyo Techies is always ready to give you a chance.
I personally realized that I have changed a lot since joining the team. Since you would get the chance to interact with real project's operation, your mindset needs to have the flexibility to adapt to situations such as client's sudden changes in project's planning, deadline not being met, etc. As a result, you would learn how to apply risk management into the big project planning picture.
Amazing. Everyone just gets along. We help each other out in work and also sometimes in life too. People will help you in some ways as long as you are open to talk about your problems. And if you get lost somewhere in the path, the CEO will help you know what you need to do.
Tokyo Techies is a place where you will have all the chances to prove yourself, the only thing you need to do is to take it and make your vision come true.

Knowing Yoshi from my previous company, I trusted his judgement. His recommendation gave me a lot of confidence in the company and work environment, but also on the fact that I would be a good fit. Another important factor is meeting Duc and discussing with him the company’s vision and how I could fit and grow in. And finally the company’s AI activity interested me a lot, as I was (and still am) wanting to progress in that field.
Data Scientist and Software consultant. Currently working in a technical architect role and AI engineer/Data Scientist for Tokyo Techies projects..
Looking back at myself before joining and now, I can see a clear difference in understanding management principles and navigating projects with more than 2 entities involved. I attribute that to learning a lot from Duc by working together on Tokyo Techies projects. A concrete manifestation of it is a number of question I would find myself asking at the beginning of a new project, that I would not have thought about before. On the more technical side, Tokyo Techies really encourages learning and being able to incorporate this into my work schedule is very valuable for me. For example I am currently learning about AWS architecture as part of the course completion program. And of course, more research oriented project pushes me to explore new subject, such as sound signal treatment for example.
Love it. Quite flexible, and the people are both talented and easy to work with. And they’re quite fun to be around, as if it wasn’t enough. Great alchemy I think.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We’ll be glad to help you figure out if Tokyo Techies is a fit for you.

I chose to join Tokyo Techies because it seemed like the perfect environment that would give me a lot of new learning opportunities and also because the people I spoke to at Tokyo Techies during the interview had a friendly and great personality.
I’m in charge of front end development. I participate in client projects, occasionally managing our internal company website, and also working on our software solution, Klever Suite.

At Tokyo Techies, flextime and remote work are possible, so I'm happy that I can concentrate on my work without sacrificing my private affairs such as going to the city hall, bank, or even visiting the hospital.
I think Tokyo Techies is the perfect place for anyone who’s always up for a challenge. Everyone at Tokyo Techies is looking forward to your application!
Being surrounded by highly motivated people, being entrusted to get things done and being able to learn along the process is an amazing feeling. I always want to give it my best every day.
I heard about Tokyo Techies when I first heard our CEO Duc talk at a friend's event. I was impressed by Duc's thoughts on creating a company culture that is centered around learning, giving and fostering growth. I've grown my career chasing those values as well, working with people with like-minded values has always been a huge criteria for me when choosing a company.
As a DevOps engineer, my responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including optimizing and automating infrastructure, deploying applications, and ensuring smooth operations for our development teams. Or as I always like to say, I empower other engineers so that they can do their best work.
The team culture at Tokyo Techies has given me a lot of food for thought. Like what balancing between work and play, balancing productivity and fostering growth should look like.

To potential candidates applying to join Tokyo Techies, I would say if you like a culture of learning and transparency, then this is the right place for you.
