For years, Tokyo Techies has been known for our data and engineering expertise. But behind the scenes, our design team has been helping clients shape brands, digital products, and user experiences that bring those technologies to life. With this launch, we’re giving design its own spotlight.
Why a dedicated design space?
“Our design work has always been there, but we felt it deserved a clearer voice,” says Omar Aujani, Design Lead at Tokyo Techies.
“We recognized the need to highlight specifically what our design team can bring to our customers and clients. Creating a sub-brand that focuses on our principles and values is the first step in doing that.”
The new site reflects those principles: speed, quality, diversity, global-mindedness, and future-forward design.
How we approached the site
When we set out to design the sub-brand, we wanted it to feel approachable and professional—without being stiff. We leaned into a style that’s lighthearted, modern, and a little playful.
- Minimal, easy-to-scan layout with plenty of breathing room
- A laid-back color palette accented by Tokyo Techies’ signature neon green (#99FF39)
- Soft, bouncy animations to highlight creativity and tech-savviness
- Values woven into visuals and content—from our international team makeup to our forward-looking design philosophy
The result is a site that not only shows our portfolio, but also communicates how we think and work.
