Job Details

Tokyo Techies is seeking a talented and competitive Enterprise Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-growing, aggressive startup. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Job Purpose

To generate significant revenue with our One-stop IT consulting and Product Development Services, and lead the establishment and management of various sales channels.

‍

Responsibilities

The job duties include, but are not limited to:

● Produce quality sales materials based on an in-depth understanding of the strengths of our services/ products,

● Lead sales activities to achieve sales and/or channel goals as assigned by management

● Proactively develop new/ existing accounts

● Keeps Tokyo Techies management informed of all sales activities, including timely preparation of sales reports

Skills/ Experience

Must have:

● Demonstrated ability to hunt for new enterprise customers with a strong desire to WIN

● Basic sales presentation skills

● Highly experienced and committed to utilizing IT solution-selling skills

● Flexible mindset and ability to learn fast

● Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day

● Excellent communication skills in Japanese

Nice To Have:

● Experience with young startups

● Business level communication skills in Japanese

Work Location

Tokyo Techies’ headquarters in Higashi Ueno, Taito, Tokyo.

Working Time

Flexible working time with core time from 10 AM – 3 PM on all weekdays

Contract Type:

Full-time Regular Employee/ Contract Employee

‍

COMPENSATION:

Base Salary range: ¥ 4 - 8 million annually

In addition to salary, employees are eligible for performance-based compensation.

Flexibility

  • Flexible scheduling and work environment
  • Tokyo Techies offers flex-time scheduling with a core time from 10AM to 3PM. Remote work is acceptable though attendance at the office or client facility may be required in some cases.
  • Casual Dress Code
  • We encourage our employees to dress comfortably at work. Business attire is required only if necessary (i.e. formal client meetings).

  • A welcome bonus equivalent to one month’s salary will be awarded to each full-time employee joining Tokyo Techies.

    • Sum of 200,000 JPY shall be awarded for successfully introducing a regular full-time employee.
    • Sum of 40,000 JPY shall be awarded for successfully introducing a part-time employee.
